Electrical.......

TUESDAY 27TH
We were out and about today and, as you do you go visit your house (to-be) :) we wanted to see how much more bricking they had done.  To our surprise the Electricians were there, so we rang our SS to get permission to go inside with him if he was available (he was at the estate, as we had passed him on our way in)...he had an appointment but Tony could go in and talk to the electricians, as long as we didn't get caught by the OH&S guy.
What Tony wanted was to make sure that one of the power points in the rumpus room was put exactly where he wanted it....it already had been. :)  BUT, what we did find was that they were working of an old electrical plan, not the final one we had signed off on.
So, that meant that the power point we added into our ensuite had been put in the wrong spot...between the window and the toilet...not the window and the shower.
The unit for the Ducted Vacuuming has also been installed in the wrong spot.....right where the dog wash is to go.
Once home we realised that we hadn't checked the light switch in the rumpus room...we changed the way the door opened, therefore the switch needed to be moved too the other side of the door.
Emailed our CSC when we got home and also rang our SS to try and get things sorted out.
