We got there around 1pm to find them merrily bricking the side of the garage, so far they have done about half the wall. They were also trying to straighen and fix our meter box.....it is a very very tight squeeze for the box to fit on the end of the bedroom wall between the windo and the corner of the house, it seems the stud is in the way, it will be interesting to see what they do with it, while we were there they were trying to put it higher up on the wall....space will still be the same.
We also met our next door neighbours on lot 143, at this stage they aren't ready to build as they haven't even deceided who they are going to build with, but i didn't let the opportunity slip by and asked them about the height of the fence, yay!! they are quite happy to have the 1.8m height that we want, especially as the two houses behind them also want 1.8m
