Because our block had so much extra dirt piled on it PD were unable to do our soil tests, so our Tender Appointment in Mid March turned into a Pre Tender, we rescheduled our appointment to May hoping that the block would be okay by then and that they would have been able to get onto it to do the required soil test. Our consultant also rescheduled our Contract appointment to late May.
The Pre Tender gave us the opportunity to update our evergrowing list of add ons and to sort out some of the items that had been misunderstood from our Sales Consultant.
This also meant that by the time we got to do our Tender we would have been and finalized our Tiles, Electrical and Colours.
