It's official, we now own 725m2 of dirt!!
Went to see our dirt and had celebratery drinks with 4 other couples who have or are about to settle on their dirt.
The next two and a half months will drag before we start to build...bring on the build!!!!
yAy!!! very exciting. Yes it will drag - Ours is the same - We will have to wait til next year for them to begin.
ReplyDeleteWe don't officially own ours yet but the builder has already scraped the top off ready for our foundations! I can't wait to start :)
waiting is not a game for the impatient!! how long should your build take?

Hi Diane, I think the builder said it will be about 14weeks from start to finish (does that sound right?) It's only a small house & land package and he has built it before. He is building a very similar design to ours across the road and it is going up very fast!
ReplyDeleteI guess with yours being a larger house and and having more of those nice extras that it will take longer. We will be in by winter, hopefully as early as May :)
